- 1 teaspoon jeera
- 1/2 Lemon
- 2 Pudina leaves(optional and can be used as a dressing)
- 200 ml of water
Procedure
- Soak 1 teaspoon of jeera in a cup of water overnight. (approx 150-200ml)
- Boil it for 5 minutes in the morning.
- keep 2-3 minutes to settle and come to a Lukewarm state.
- Add lemon to it.
- If you have pudina leaves, put 2 pudina leaves as a dressing to the drink. (optional)
- Serve to drink.
NOTE- If no time, You can skip boiling and drink it as it is after adding lemon.
